Deploying AI apprenticeships transforms your long-term enterprise efficiency. By completing the full duration of our AI programmes, learners have achieved 100% productivity increases, recovered 18,000 hours annually and realised £450k in annual savings.
But you don't have to wait 12 months for ROI. Our programme is designed to identify and deliver immediate AI wins. Here is what our most recent cohort deployed in their first 6 weeks:
To scale efficiency, you need a governed engine, not just isolated prompts and scripts. We combine a Level 4 Technical Qualification with Immediate Business Value Delivery.
Move from idea to applied AI and automation in weeks. Learners identify and implement high-value use cases from the start, delivering immediate ROI.
Equip teams with frameworks for GDPR, data privacy, and ethical AI, ensuring AI and automation are governed, secure, and compliant.
Go beyond basic prompting. Improve everyday workflows with AI or, where tooling allows, build multi-step automations using tools such as Copilot, Power Automate and n8n..
Empower teams to build their own solutions, reducing dependency on central IT and engineering backlogs.

Virgin Atlantic is leveraging AI apprenticeships to scale AI tool adoption throughout the organisation. The programmes equip an internal AI Champion Network with the necessary skills, like prompt engineering and implementation strategies, to successfully roll out and support tools like Microsoft Copilot company-wide, formalising their approach to upskilling and driving organisational change.
A structured ecosystem designed to maximise learner success and business impact through proprietary AI technology and 1-to-1 human expertise.
We drive industry-leading completion rates through high-touch human guidance. Every learner receives 1-to-1 technical mentoring from AI Mentors and professional coaching from Success Coaches to ensure they stay on track and deliver value.
Our EDUKATE.AI platform provides 24/7 support and feedback. For leadership, the Employer Dashboard provides live visibility into progress on programme, project development and business impact.
Our delivery blends live virtual workshops, group projects and flexible self-study. The EDUKATE.AI sandbox requires zero software installation, and we provide dedicated onboarding support to ensure seamless whitelisting and browser access from day one.
Learners complete the programme within the EDUKATE.AI sandbox, developing practical automation skills in a safe, controlled environment. They build workflows using tools available to them, enabling immediate application in the workplace.
Safe, Guided Practice: Follow a secure, real-world blueprint for automation using the EDUKATE.AI sandbox, so every build is safe, structured, and workplace-ready.
Workplace-Relevant Tools: Create workflows using tools and approaches that can be directly applied in real-world roles, driving immediate impact.
Instant Feedback: Receive instant feedback on builds, helping learners improve their logic, design, and understanding as they progress.
While this programme offers broad scope for impact across your organisation, success is driven by two key pillars of employer support. To deliver measurable outcomes, your learners will require:
Learners must have access to an AI tool they can use at work. At a minimum, they need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence or equivalent access to your AI tool of choice. Learners on the Workflow pathway will also need access to automation tooling and permission to connect or integrate systems.
Learners need the mandate to review existing tasks and workflows and the support to try new approaches. This empowers them to identify opportunities and put your broader AI strategy into practice.
For teams relying on digital tools and data-driven processes. Instead of manually executing repetitive tasks, these learners use AI to improve day-to-day work and, where access allows, automate workflows.
For individuals responsible for identifying efficiencies. They move beyond "process mapping" to actually applying AI and automation to solve real operational friction.
For "tech-savvy" staff embedded within business units. They act as the bridge between IT and the business, helping ensure AI and automation are secure, governed, and scalable.
This apprenticeship is designed for teams tasked with identifying process inefficiencies and building automated solutions to drive productivity. It is fully funded for eligible employees, transforming them into high-impact automation practitioners.
Fully Levy Funded: The complete £18,000 training cost is covered by your Apprenticeship Levy pot.
SME Co-Investment: Non-Levy payers contribute just 5% (£900), with the government funding the remaining £17,100.
Learner Eligibility: Staff must be employed in England (spending 50%+ of working time there) and have lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years. No prior technical degree is required.
Time to Learn: Learners dedicate ~6 hours per week to off-the-job training. Note: Much of this is "Applied Learning"—building real automations for your business, not just classroom theory.
Manager Commitment: Low touch. You commit to just one 30-minute progress review every 12 weeks to sign off on progress.
Zero Admin Headache: Our team manages compliance, funding applications, and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) accounts.
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation with our education specialists.
Let's discuss your organisation’s specific data and AI challenges and opportunities, assess your team’s current data literacy, and identify the key areas for development. This allows us to tailor the programme precisely to your needs.
What delivery options do you offer?
We tailor our delivery to your workforce needs. This ranges from independent, immersive e-learning supported by EDUKATE.AI through to tailored bootcamps, to our structured apprenticeship programmes.
Are you able to tailor the programme to the organisation and sector?
Yes. We work with our clients to contextualise our programmes to their organisation and sectors they operate in. We do this through bespoke assignments and guest lectures from industry experts. We also work with a range of partners to create bespoke programmes for sectors, such as health and journalism.
What is the Apprenticeship Levy?
The UK government introduced the Apprenticeship Levy scheme in April 2017 as a way to drive investment in strengthening the country’s skills base.
All organisations with annual staff costs of over £3m have to pay 0.5% of their salary bill into a ring-fenced apprenticeship levy pot. The money is collected monthly via PAYE and can only be used for training on approved apprenticeship schemes (such as the Level 4 AI & Automation Apprenticeship that we offer). Organisations must forfeit any levy funding left unspent for 12 months or more.
