Discovery call

We start with a 30-60 minute call to understand your goals, challenges and audience. We’ll explore whether our leadership programmes are the right fit and share our approach to programme design and delivery.

Framework proposal

We share our framework outline proposal. This includes options of example content, delivery format and outcomes.

Step 3
Tailored programme design

Our Curriculum team works with your stakeholders to fine-tune delivery, contextualise content (if needed), and ensure alignment before launch. All project details are captured in an SOW (Statement of Work).

Step 4
Launch

Programmes are delivered with full operational support. You'll have regular check-ins, access to learner feedback, and measurable outcomes tracked via EDUKATE.AI.
