Lars Murdock

Lars’ role as a Health Data Scientist is to provide essential data management and curation to support research within the Trusted Research Environments (TREs) for each nation within the UK.

Prior to joining the BHF Data Science Centre, Lars worked for 5 years in data analytics at Cancer Research UK’s Cancer Intelligence team, primarily managing an analysis team and conducting research into lung cancer treatment variation.

He has an academic background in Mathematics and Data Science and teaches analysis software at the London School of Economics’ Digital Skills Lab.
